I. Digital Products

 1. Instant Digital Products:
 – All Instant digital products in Home Digital Store delivered immediately via download by click ” Orange Rectangle” in download area after you finish payment step.
 2. Custom Design Products:
 – You need to completely fill in the product information fields as Name, Age, Email, etc ( Ex: Kevin, 4, [email protected])
 – Custom Order will send a file around 24 hours from our email to your email that you registered on our website.
Note: Check your trash email folder if you don’t receive your design in your inbox.
         Emails may be filtered into the spam folder.

I. Physical Products

 You can find the production time, shipping time details for each physical product in its description.
